1. Eligibility

Only verified MSMEs in India with a valid invite may register. You are responsible for maintaining accurate organization information.

2. Services Provided

Our Software as a Service (SaaS) platform offers the following capabilities to organizations:

• A configurable loyalty engine to design and manage customer rewards.
• Tools for generating QR codes that facilitate UPI payments and loyalty tracking.
• Access to customer-facing applications for interaction with the loyalty system.

3. Usage Rules

• You must comply with all applicable laws.
• Do not misuse or attempt to reverse engineer the platform.
• You are solely responsible for interactions with your customers.

4. Payments

We do not process or hold payments. All UPI transactions are handled by authorized UPI providers. Our QR only facilitates these transactions.

5. Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or misuse the platform.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you agree to the new terms.
